Top Employer involved in distribution to the electrical trade are current looking to recruit an experienced credit controller to act as team lead with three junior credit controller.
Responsibilities

Working with your team to Maintain Credit Control approx. 3500 accounts.

Providing support and training to your team

Monitoring team members to insure quality of work and targets are achieved.

Providing feedback to Service & Operations to resolve any outstanding issues
-
Collection of current debt by out bound calling with focus on oldest balances
-
Ensuring all clients are operating within agreed terms.

Passing all new account applications, in consultation with Financial Controller

Resolution of key account customer queries in a professional and prompt manner
